is there a website where I can type in my VIN and get ALL info on my bike?

I have a yamaha 2008 FZ6

I've tried autocheck with the VIN for several bikes, not one has worked,
always get the invalid VIN message, I know they were good VIN's so I
don't have much faith in that system, some states will allow online searching
thru the DMV, depends on what level they safeguard info and some require
authorization like a civil servant login to access, check with your state's DMV
and see, or you can pay CarFax for the service

Yea I know here there are government run sites with all that info so if your purchasing the bike you can do a check to make sure its not stolen, written off, etc
