I have been looking at that Leo Vince slip on exhaust, I like how it sounds very much. If you install a new exhaust do you need to get the bike retuned after?

not sure if i understand your question, but i am pretty sure that you can get the exhaust back to stock if you want to. Most slip on exhausts can be returned to normal without issue.

In most cases the exhausts are tuned with the stock run profile however. the addition of things like a high flow air filter may require mapping to keep the bike from running too lean.

haha can anyone rename this thread, kind of had a moment when I made it, so do you guys just install the slip ons yourself? yah i heard a couple clips on youtube, it sounds really good.

most install them by themselves, if you take your time and spend a couple hours getting intimate with your bike you will be much more satisfied with the outcome and know how to do it for later on down the road.

yah ended up getting the m4's in the group buy here. I am really happy with them. But sometimes they pop. VegasRider has the same issue. He says its due to the bike running to lean. The solution to this I understand is a power commander.
