You guys make me feel real young. There are a few of you who have been married longer than i have been alive....:D

I am not married but have lived with the same woman for 4 years now and we just had our first child on december 22, 07. Happiest day of my life!!!
Everyone keeps asking if we are going to get married now that we have a son, i just tell them we are happy with the way things are and i feel if its not broke dont fix it.

Married 17 years this year and I introduced Hubby to Motos. He has the FJR and this summer I will have my Raven :-) Have two kiddos, 12 and 9. Have folowed him to Peru, Canada, and Slovakia. Next stop Austria and then home for good! We have tons in common and both love to just be together. The kids think we are strange but hey that is just dandy for us!

Met online playing a trivia game on Uproar 8 years ago...neither of us were looking, just playing a game. Married now for 3 years with a 5 year old son. I also have a 12 year old girl and 2 step daughters(that don't live with us)...one of which is about to make me a (step)Grandmother at 31 eek!

I'll be happily married someday, speaking of which, where is your cousin at? :) Nice!!

p.s. - if you've ever kicked it with Janette and her man - you know they got something really good together. Kudos to you two.

I am married to my wife Elizabeth Taylor(funny name i know). She is now Elizabeth Edmisten and we are loving every bit of it. We were married in June, but I promised I would marry her when I was 10, so that she would give me a kiss. Guess things worked out, cause she is gorgeous, intelligent, sensitive, and loves to be with me. We were engaged for over a year and a half to make sure that we were both ready for our adventure, and I'm proud to say that we are life partners. The wedding was huge, but what girl doesnt dream of that?! $10,000 of wedding costs later we are happily married and looking forward to along time together. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her and grow old in rocking chairs and watching sunsets.

Marriage is not for everyone, but it is certainly an awesome experience knowing that someone always has your back.

Recently split after ten years with mine.....Hence the nice new bike:thumbup: to go with the huge mortgage after buying her out:eek:...lol. Does never again sound familiar:D....lol.
The chick would have to be pretty special now to even get a look-in with a ride like the FZ6 sitting there just dying to go for a spin:rockon:. They'll also have to put up with me installing a roller door for a front door and a rotating tiled section with drainage in the living room for my bike:thumbup:. Just ride inside at the end of the day and clean sitting in front of the box, next to the bar fridge:rockon:. Look better than a display cabinet full of useless nick nacks in my opinion:D.

You know, its really cool to see so many people on this forum married for so long. I don't know how you guys do it. My parents have been married for over 20 years and even though my dad still makes a lot of Tim Allen mistakes and my mom with her irrational decisions they are still together. C'est l'amour, non?
 
Been married for just over a year now, but we've been together for almost 10! A week after we got married, my parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary! Now that's an example I want to follow!

You don't need to swear off marriage, you just need to find a woman who's as into bikes as you are. Or at least very very tolerant.
