No. Because if they did, the model would not have that dual light. Would have had to been a spec bike or else it would be considered false advertising from them.

Could be, the the difference in light out put seems minimal. Could also be due to the angle of the light with respect to the camera. But with a standard highbeam I would think there would be a greater difference in visible light, even at that angle.
