Me!

Just got my headers back from JetHot and the look amazing. I have not installed them yet (still in the middle of my winter rebuild) so I can't say how they will wear, but they have been media blasted and ceramic coated and they look better than new, Overall cost, including shipping, was about $180. Not evident in the photos is how good they made the flanges look.

Sorry Scott :Flash:

Not bad.... Arg.....

JK, they look really, really great!!

That jet coat should make the outsides a little cooler and help with performance too...

But if you could, maybe in 6 months, post some pic's / post how well they hold up with normal wear and tear (clean up, etc)

I only have the FZ and would be lost W/O a bike for weeks (we have no "down time" down here) and I ride 365 (short of rain)

I will try to post periodically to chronicle the wear. Of course I will post immediately if something goes bad either with performance or lifespan....

Thanks Randy. Not sure I understand the question about what connects there on back.

Did you treat the mid-pipe and whateva muffler setup?

My 2bro Y-pipe and cans are ceramic coated black. It is tough stuff. Almost wished I'd done the headers and mid-pipe too but that was an experiment at the time fitting the S1 header to the S2 platform.

My S1 is all stock exhaust. i did nothing with the cat because I have a spare set of headers so I didnt dismantle anything.
