In good shape, everything you need is included, 2 springs, fender mount, and quiet cores
They are missing the decals, one time i got after them with too strong of cleaner and it wrecked the sticker.

WOW, this would be a really nice pick up. Anyone running a stock exhaust, you should consider this. After market cans don't come up all that often and these look great and sound sweet.
