Air Induction system question

Hello there I am rebuilding a 2006 FZ6 and I was wondering if anyone here knew where the Air induction system connected to. I know the 2 connect to the valve cover and the one hose goes to the air filter box but where does the actual system that has the wiring mount to? And witch direction does it mount. I can see a spot on the frame that it may connect to but not sure how to attache it. If anyone knows what I'm talking about that would be great. Thank you so much.
