ok so i have a nice set of leos on my fz6 love em to bis
love the sound and all

but tonite mate sms me says a dude is selling a set of laser quads for a very decent price .......

they look great sounds good too

but is it worth it?

and should i?

I ordered the quads for my bike but after waiting two months I went for Akrapovics. I wanted the quads for the look, I think they are stunning, but I wouldn't change the Akros for them now, economically it makes no sense to me.

this is just my opinion, but I think the quads look stupid, and weren't they pretty much copied from a different brand, cant remember which, that had quad pipes like that for stock??

ive selected sell the quads to me...by that i mean sell the quads to someone on here.

Ppl are always asking about them when a pic is posted..logistics permitting ,be the middle man and give a fellow FZ'er a great oppotunity.im sure they would sell in a heartbeat.

I prefer the two pipe set up to be honest.
I'm just not too keen on the way the Lasers taper in and seem to be overcrowded under the seat.Still,if everyone had the same taste, our bikes would be pretty boring ;)

Go for the quads.

All I've seen in Perth (except for my beautiful Scorpions......) are TB's and Leos.

Go for something different.

Keep the Leo's! IMO they sound and look better than the Quads and they are also on your bike right now! Unless you dont like the way the Leo's perform, dont mess with a good thing.

An independant review of what the various exhausts did for the performance of the FZ6 showed the quads where a MAJOR loss of power.

i was always under the impression they where the best for power of the fz6...

mm if i buy them and dont like... i think it be hard to sell them in perth

Ive heard the Laser Quads in person and even though they look awesome (IMO) , they deliver a very tinny & cheap sounding rasp like the old school 2 stroker 250's ..... Stick with the Leo's and sell the Quads

To be honest, pipes don't make a difference to power in the real world. A couple of horses really isn't going to be noticed at all.

If you like them, then snap em up and stick em on and see what you think. At the end of the day, I don't think you'll have any trouble shifting either the Leo's or the quads.Whack whatever ones you don't like on E bay. After all it's a worldwide market on there so it's a win/win

after installing my Leo Vince and dyno tuning with CO mode, I went from 89rwhp to 96rwhp. Seven horsepower is noticable in the amount the front wheel comes off the ground.
