Hi guys, I'm wondering if any of you out there have heard this sound from a bike and know what the problem could possibly be. I have an idea but I don't want to sway the input of you guys. So please let me know!

Edit:What should the rpm be at idle?

Nobody even wants to guess? Well I have a feeling it's the cam chain tensioner but I've never heard what a worn out cam chain tensioner sounds like so I have no way of knowing.

Hi,
In my limited experience of cam tensioners, mine have always rattled when worn. Maybe its the video? Can I here knocking?

Worn cam chain tensioners or a stretched cam chain will generally rattle alot as noted above. The longer the chain, the more the rattle. More so at idle and cold.

Your bikes design is a long chain set inbetween cylinders 2 and 3 (see Babbits parts fisch:

I noticed you focused in on the clutch activating lever at the right side case. Besides the spring either being broke (it should have tension on it, or the end not showing popped out of the case).

Does the noise change at all when you pull the clutch lever in all the way?

I couldn't hear what sounded like a cam chain rattling but some slight sound difference when you pulled in the clutch. If this is what's happening, it tends to point to a bearing or something in/at the clutch basket...
