2009 FZ6 - two different kinds of front wheels for this bike??

I am selling a set of FZ6 wheels and the buyer noticed that they arent the same as his.. So he backed out until we find out if they are interchangeable.

And this kind

See how they arent the same,,, Are they interchageable? What's the reason for the differences?

I'm positive my front wheel is the same as the upper one.

could it be the 2nd wheel was on a bike with abs and maybe there was the abs module in there? thats the only plausible answer i can find sorry.
