My 2004 FZ6 multimeter (tach/speedo/signals ect...) is not working and I wish to replace it with a combination of aftermarket meters or a single one. I am requesting suggestions. I can build mounts and make electrical connections as needed.
Thanks Guys and or Gals

I have completed the installation of a Koso XR-SR Multi-function electronic
speedometer. Part number is BB017BOO From Koso North America. Purchased through Amazon for $171.00. It came with a speed sensor and wheel magnets, wiring connections to the coil for tach function, and a water temp sensor with a 1/8 NPT connection. My 04 FZ6 has a 12mmx 1.5 thread at the temp port. It is pretty easy to take a 1/4x1/8 brass bushing and thread it to 12mm. Signals, high beam, fuel gage, and neutral are single wire connections.
Both my signal lights flash when I push the hazard switch so I connected the hazard light to the engine trouble light. My 04 has no oil pressure switch, but you could connect the oil level switch to the meter oil pressure light. So far it is working great and the speedometer is accurate.

New speedometer is working great. I had to plug the original water temp sensor back in so the computer would know when the engine is cold to enrich the mixture on start up. Starts and runs great now, but I may have to plumb the original sensor back in to get the best performance.
