'08 tank and grab rails for crashed '07

Does anyone know if the tank or any of the rear or side plastics were changed (structure-wise) from '07 to '08? I wrecked my bike this weekend, and if it's not totaled, I need to replace these parts, and was wondering if anyone knew if it's possible to put the black '08 parts on my '07. Thanks in advance for any insight.

from what i understand, the 07-08 are the same.

You're correct. They're the same other than paint color.

Those parts are the same. The only difference I can find is the plastics encasing the headlights. The '07 is a solid fairing and the '08 has a black bezel around the pods.
