It is unblemished and complete.
Edit: There is no windscreen included.

Oh shcizz, I didn't realize my post came across that way. I really don't know what s fair, Ive seen the fairing itself(nothing else) at $250.

OK then, so as not to come off as an AzzHole lets say $400. I am willing to negotiate, down not up.
