Just spent 4 weeks & 4500 miles on a camping tour of Europe, mostly in the Alpine regions riding the passes in Switzerland, Austria & Italy. The FZ6 worked very well. 100% reliable. 60 mpg (UK). The only slight downside was a lack of low down torque for the uphill alpine hairpin bends...

Just got this: It takes a car widescreen satnav (this is a garmin nuvi 255). As you can see the clear plastic cover does create some reflections making the satnav more difficult to see. Although it is much better in real life than on the photo. The case is well made and fits easily...

Just fitted some Givi engine bars: Easy to fit apart from they replace the centre stand spring spigot. Which means disconnecting and reconnecting the spring, its a bit tricky.

The standard seat is doing my backside no favours. So after the favourable comments on here I have ordered a seat from Top Saddlery. Here's hoping for the best.

I know this has been covered before... I had a look at my CO1 and CO2 and they were both set to 0. (UK bike). I changed CO1 to 10 and CO2 to 15. Started the bike, and it seemed a touch quieter on tickover and felt a little smoother on the throttle with slightly better pickup. All...

I find the front brakes a little lacking and was wondering if changing the pads would help? I did a search and a few people seemed to like EBC pads. Would they help? (Everything is working fine btw)
