R&G racing make quality crash bungs but at a price

The front hugger bracket bends outwards and pulls the hugger out of shape
Its happened twice now on our FZ6 fazer, once when the missus was riding it and today with us both on

There are a few changes in the engine in that the crankcase housing is all 1 and its lower powered with more torque for beginners as it said in MCN
America has its own inhouse design team, they are replacing what was an early r6 so they have made it look a little more sporty with brighter...

Obviously yam have done well in offloading all the fz6's they have imported into the area. If nobody local has 1 they wish to offload you could end up paying over the odds for an 08 from further afield

Each manufacturer picks a month to release their bikes and basically some do it differently as too when they think is best to do so

I once dropped my vfr away from me as i was trying to put her on the main stand, as i dropped her over she pulled me forward and i had to stand on tank as she hit the ground

lots of bikes dont have a hugger at all so any hugger is better than nothing
its only about 4 inches shorter and trimmed at the sides so it still works well and i clean our bikes after use if its wet or damp

I used a jigsaw with a fine blade but a dremel would do it
then a file and emery paper
I cut off 2 inches of the back then usede that section to get the end of the hugger to the same profile as before

Turning the bars just wont work as all the angles will be wrong BUT
u can buy bars in any shape u want from renthal etc
