Trying to figure out a fair price:
It has 12,000 miles The only mods are frame sliders---- and fender eliminator.
Garage kept.... ridden by a 54 yr old ......never laid down no cosmetic or other damage.
What would you think it should sell for???

I just looked and I have not been to this forum since April of 2011 -- wow...
All is well .....still riding the 2007 FZ6 and loving it.... although I do split time with my Electraglide and my pedal bike ( a tandem bought in 2008 now with over 16,0000 miles on it)
Had dinner last night...
Been riding in Italy for a few days....

On this coming Wednesday I will be heading to Helen GA where myself and 6-7 others have rented a house. We will enjoy 3 full days of riding in the twisty roads of the southeast.
I will try to post some pics and an update day by day... should be a blast and I am getting excited.
If you were looking at an upright seating position bike other than the FZ6, FZ1 or FJR1300 what would you consider???

I been thinking about selling both the electra-glide and the FZ6 and buying a yamaha FJR1300
my thoughts are I do not need 2 bikes and the FJR would be comfy for my wife yet still be quick and somewhat nimble

Wednesday AM early I will mount the FZ6 and head north. I will meet a buddy of mine in Douglas GA then on to Franklin NC. We will meet about 6 others there and headquarter there.

It was tough day at gap. Wrightme went down at 50 or so. It was a lowside caused by the center stand dragging he is fine the bike is hurt but ridable

Well today I could have been hurt / killed or ended up in trouble --- thankfully nothing happend other than a good emergency stop and
two 20+ year olds who were quick at closing windows and locking doors
the stop was a good one ---- the near dragging out the window and beating not so smart...
looking for a throttle lock for the FZ6
I am not interested in the $100 plus of the throttlemeister
just a simple mechanical throttle lock for use on the highway
anybody using one
what make model will work on the FZ6

Garmin Zumo 550
This is the first mod I have done.... and it went smoothly. I followed Ant's method and it looks nice. It was raining all day so I did not get to take it for a test ride.
This way I can find my way to the FZ6 rally in North Carolina. :thumbup:
