Just saw a post on the Phoenix Craigslist site for a cheap Two Bros if someone local is looking for that exhaust. I won't post the link here, you all know how to use the interwebs. :-)
FAZR6 sold the design off to a 3679Larry who still sells them on Ebay. I bought mine from Larry and it's top notch.

If he's out, message him and he usually makes a few and puts them up there for sale.
If I dropped my helmet hard enough to break something, I'd be concerned that the protective foam is now compromised and would likely look for a replacement. The outer plastic shell may not have deformed (or sprung back after deformation), but I'll bet the foam underneath that protects your brain...
I have a great condition JR Phoenix 5.0 mesh jacket for sale. The jacket is a 3XL and after dropping a lot of weight it is just too big. I was planning to buy another one in a smaller size but the wife got me a different jacket for my bday. The jacket was used for 2 summers (and not too much...

Planning a ride from the AJ's at 101 and Princess Dr. (18271 North Pima Road) up to Bartlett Lake on Sunday 3/30 at 8am if anyone is interested in tagging along.

+1 on ebay/3679larry making them, that's where I got mine. From what I remember he did them in batches so they weren't always available, but you could send him a message and inquire as to when they'd be available and he was a responsive seller.
I had the same issue a few months ago. PB Blaster worked for me.
