I do not think that electric vehicles will save the planet, I do think that they are better alternatives to gasoline vehicles. I do think that there are better alternatives to electric like natural gas and hydrogen. Hydrogen is the best but people worry about having is attached to their vehicle.

I think that you should crank it up to 7, i have tried 5-7 with my wife riding with me and it does make a big difference. We are about the same total weight and at 355 lbs with the max weight at 400 lbs on the bike to me it should be at 7.

I was hoping to go riding this weekend but i looked at my rear tire yesterday and it said no. I ordered one but it will not be hear in time for this weekend. Does anyone want to go for a ride next weekend?

I have had my bike for 4 months now and when ever i save money up i am modding my baby. I just cant help it. There are so many suggestions on this forum it drives you to do more and more.

For the Givi rack i have added the following pics so that you can see the images. they show the original location then the relocated spot. you will need to add wiring due to the extension. I added a waterproof connector so that I can easily remove them with out cutting the wire again.

I have not changed anything on my bike yet but i am am planning on it when i can afford it. I have bought Scorpion Hat Trick which comes in a tall version. It fits great and have had no problem with it.

i just installed the givi side and top racks. They seem very good quality. I have sat on the racks and at ~200 lbs i felt comfortable that they would not break under my weight. This weekend i also strapped a good 45-50 lbs of crap on it in a stuff sack and bunged it to the rack. I rode around...
