I can see that all previous pictures posted here are gone...I'll try to post again when got some time.
In regards to R1 shock I followed your suggestions and dismantled fully shock to insert Racetech preload adjuster SYPA 4001 and FZ6 shock which is simple if you have a tool to press spring...
These modes finally come to the end...now my FZ6S have full R1 2003. suspension bolted on.
How it rides I'll see in spring 2016. when gets little hotter at my place and I can play with settings.

R1 & FZ6 shocks are of same length eye to eye, thus meaning when the R1 shock is installed on FZ6 the lever will be exactly the same. Let’s forget for moment additional mods of...
What is the meaning of revalving the shock?
Is this only to install this preload adjuster to get more space for preloading the spring or something more?
Where did you get this preload adjuster and what is the price? I couldn't find the details on web...
Any suggestions how to upgrade rear suspension? This Ohlins and similar after markets are expensive...
