What the title says, just had a stupid accident and my right hand rear side panel and grab rail went out of service so I need to replace em.
The rear panel is the one that the fuses are under.
BTW, I'm located in Greece.
Thanks in advance!
Well, I dragged it by hand to the nearest shop, hard work but it had to be done. The fuel pump does not trigger when I turn the key so I dunno what's wrong. I will get an update in 2 days :S
First off, it's not possible for me to get any more mad than I already am :P
Thanks for the suggestions though :D
I've had the gas problem before and it didn't die on my straight off, just random switch offs. TPS has been replaced some miles ago.
The bike is relatively old so 31K miles on it...
Dear all,
Things with my bike (fazer 600 '04) are not going as smooth as I'd like. The most recent problem was with the immobilizer cables, got fixed with 150euro. And now, the bike has died on me once more.
So, yesterday evening, I was riding as usual, no fancy stuff. And there it goes...
I've had this problem for the past 2 days now , similar behavior.. I went on to ride my bike after a full night of idling in the garaze and at first I didn't let it warm up, as I needed to position it in order to drive her out of the garaze.
So, I start her up, kick in the first and whooop...
Hey all,
I'm looking for a puig DB (not the smoke one, the plain black one) for my '04 Fz6.
Also I might be interested in stock or OEM mirrors, same bike, mine got overscratched on the outter plastic side, after and unfortunate misshap.
PM if there is any of the mentioned available...
Hey there,
I've been thinking for quite some time, to change my stock turn signals (both front and rear) to 2xpair of crystal clear (white) turn signals, with any pod color, I'd guess the normal orange-y would do.
Now the question is, can anyone point me to the right direction, cause I've...

Well, I came through with the task and all seems to be well. The steering is nicely aligned and with a normal amount of effort. When I got to the dealrship to have a look at the tension though, the guy there took it for a ride around the block and told me that it's ok, but I had to check it in...
and something as a sidenote, is a torque wrench really needed for this type of work (in order to know how much I need to tighten, close to yamaha specs) or I can do it without one? they are quite expensive from what i gather.
Thanks, I know, I've busted your chops over this but I'm feeling a...
ok, just got it from a similar thread, these four then ..
and now something that I forgot to add back when I opened the thread. The steering can go both ways out of alignment (both left and right). That doesn't change the problems nature does it?
Anyway, thanks a lot! mstewar1, you...
So, just to clarify before I do anything nuts,
These are the bolts that I have to loosen right?
And that means that I have to remove the front cowlings too right?
Thanks :D and excuse my "not knowing stuff even if it concerns my own damn bike" :P

Well, I'll better get going then, seems like a bit of a handful for me at least, as my mechanical skills and know-how are not top notch (not even:P)
Would have gotten to it ealier but I was forced to bed due to a ninja striken flew, didn't see it coming.
Thanks Again, all you guys for...
Well that seems to be a possible solution, even though I wouldn't know the first thing about loosening the triples and such. If I was to just do what the mechanic did as I described earlier, and lock the front wheel while agressively adjusting the steering to the original position, would I hear...
Hello all,
Right off the bat, my bike is a Yamaha 600 04'.
I seem to have a problem that appeared a few days ago during my summer vacation.
Cutting to the chase, the problem lies with my steering, I dont know how to put it exactly (not a native english speaker - also at work atm, gotta be...
