there are great twisty roads in PA and OH. berkely springs, wv is a nice small town. it was a big vacation destination like 100 years ago. also, try harpers ferry. if you want to camp then there are camp spots in george washington and monongahela natl forest. try the campsite in brandywine...

I filled it up to the top mark, went for a 20 min ride, and then checked the oil level after 10 minutes. The level was above the max mark. I waited another 15minutes or so to make sure it wasn't the heat expansion of oil.....it was still at the max mark. I guess some old oil still in the engine...

The Tuono can definitely be a good sport-tourer --with a bigger emphasive on the "sport" than "tourer"! But I doubt you're ready for a Goldwing just yet! I wouldn't buy this particular bike, though. The maintenance is probably twice as bad as what he told you. Just be patient and wait for a...

yeah i was wondering about rocks and stuff getting stuck there. sounds like the same issue would be for the fz6 tire. what happened to your rear hugger when you got that nail? i doubt the tire would lock up, but the fender would get messed up.....and mess up the rear brake hose...?

I have a friend with a fz1 that he uses for commuting and weekend rides. he bought a new rear hugger with only a 1/4" of space between the hugger and tire. Is that a good idea?

How much space is there between the stock fz6 rear hugger and rear tire? 1"? 1/4"? variable? Thx :tard:
