i usually change oil with rotella t syn every 3500 miles with new filter. seems like a waste so i just did a change but kept the old filter. everything should be fine i assume? thanks. btw my givi engine guard blocks the drain nut but it's not that bad, i just loosened some bolts and pulled out...

so i went nuts with wd40 and silicone lube now it seems to be better. gonna go for a ride later and see how it goes.

that's the thing, there's no way for me to know if the cable is frayed. grrrrr... i guess i will use some wd40 then lube it again and see. i was told changing the clutch cable is a huge pain right? have to take out battery to gain access to it...?
