Got a friend locally who I ride with and has the Special Ops on his Buell. They sound great! I was actually considering getting one before I traded up to the new beast. The Special Ops are a good price too.

Oh yeah! I love the new look of the gold/orange on this bike! An easy switch, and wasn't all that costly. Well, maybe a little. Paid around $300 for the new air box cover and windscreen. But it was worth it! :D You thinking about making some color changes to the 1125R?

The new plastics came in for my XB12S. Man! What a big difference. It looks great! See for yourself. :rockon: And, yes, I know the bike needs washing... :D It almost looks as good as Wavex's now. LOL!!!

LOL! That's a great idea! :D Yeah, compared to the other Fiber/Kevlar helmets out there, the Exo 1000 is heavier. I'm guessing because of all the extra stuff (sunvisor, pump thing, etc.), but it is still a bit lighter than my Fumer, which is modular.

Well, compared to my Fulmer, this helmet substantially cuts down on wind and external noises. From what I understand, the Shoei's cut down even more noise, but I'd say for my needs, the Scorpion does quite nicely. :D I believe that the sunvisor and standard visor work best together. While...

Hmmm... The Kelley Blue Book web site lists this bike at around $4,555. The bike has pretty low miles for an '05 model, but I'm definitely thinking that the price is too high. Last May, I purchased an '06 FZ6 from a dealer who wanted somewhere around $5,200 for it. I got them to give it to me...

I tell you what, although I love the way my new bike looks and feels, I have to say that yours is one of the nicest Buell's that I've yet to see. Beautiful bike! :drool:
