I was in the same boat as you and, after doing it, never want to go back! The bike will feel completely different, in a good way. Someday, I'd like to tackle a naked Goldwing project....

I've got some Rizoma bar end mirrors. Cost me $135 EACH. Looking to trade for a more traditional naked setup, either stock FZ6N, or something that looks similar. (pic is from the 'net) Mirrors work great and offer good view both to the side AND behind... I'm just going for a different look.

I'm looking for anyone parting out a bike that has the stock horn bracket with the clamp for the brake line? Mine was missing when I bought it. I ordered a new one, but it did not come with the clamp. I can't find it on any parts lists. Thanks

I had them on my last FZ. They wouldn't hit the bars, but left only a few millimeters of clearance between the levers and the fairing/mirror stalks. if you cover your front brake, it will make for an embarrassing low speed disaster in a parking lot (ask me how I know). IMHO they: look great...

Deer scare me. A friend of mine at work was actually broadsided by a deer while on the way to work on his R6. Totaled the bike, but thankfully not him! Has anyone else ever seen the "Lil' Mad Cow" video with the deer crash? Scary stuff!
