    Squirlley through turns

45lbs in the rear is really high. Depending on how much baggage you're carrying, I'd drop it down to ~33front/36 rear. That's about what I run and I'm 255lbs. Also, again depending on your weight stiffen up the rear shock. I run mine at 6. Do both of those and you'll feel a HUGE difference...

    False neutrals!!!!!

I've just started experiencing a similair issue. After an oil change, my 2nd gear pops into neutral during moderate-hard acceleration. I have to jam it back into 2nd or sometimes 3rd. I overfilled the oil a bit, which may or not be an attributing factor.. going to drain a bit out tommorrow. But...

    Clutch Cable replacement?

+1. Even in neutral the wheel will spin a little bit on the center stand.

    Clip-Ons and Triple Clamps

The tree is in fact closer together than the fz6, that is why the R6 fork mod requires shims. The only way it'd work is if you pressed the lower triple off the stem and pressed an R6S lower on the stem as well. I'm not sure that'd even be possible. I know a few people have talked about...

    Clip-Ons and Triple Clamps

That looks very nice man. I bet it turns into turns very aggressive with the forks that high though jeez. But I guess if you don't know any different then it's all good.

    FP Tactical Bi-Fold levers

Those are interesting.. not sure I like the idea or not. Great for a crash.. but what if you go to grab the brake or cluth in a hurry and accidently flip them up. Could be trouble in an emergency situation. :eyebrow:

what to look out for on a used FZ6?

That's a really good point. If they have receipts that's great. If not, check the sprocket/chain for rust and signs of neglict. This is a good indicator of the overall maintence conciousness of the owner. At 4k miles it should have the 600m service at minimum. The chain should have no evidence...

I need to upgrade my pc

That'd be just fine for any regular user. If you plan on doing any gaming or something like that you'd need to pick up a graphics card and powersupply, but other than that the price is good for that machine. The one above is good as well if you have the know-how to bulid it yourself. Of course...

    Odd Texas State Holidays

Oh and Fiesta! April 15-25.. Texas's version of Mardi Gras. Schools and most businesses around here give you a 4 day weekend for it. They like to party here.. now if only the music didn't sound like a all day adventure in Disney Land...

Scariest vid i have ever seen!

That guy is a freaking idiot. He's doesn't seem to be a very good rider to begin with. He breaks the rear loose more than once, and locks the front tire as well. His input is jerky and spastic, dude is just all over the place. What a jackass. It's amazing he survived that video imo. I lost count...

    Wheelie gone wrong.

    Cjeck your brake pads!

Had a serious run in with lady luck today. I was just about to head out to Leakey Tx, from San Antonio.. about a 180mile trip out in the middle of nowhere when I was stopping at a light and my brake lever went soft. I pulled into the gas station at the corner and took a look, fluid was gushing...

    Text BOOKS, not driving!

That's a very good video. It scares the crap out of me watching people text as I pass them on my bike, or truck.. or just crossing the street at a stop light. Hopefully they get this video out to the public before someone gets a ticket or crashes. It seems counter intuitive, or at least not...

    just got a hayabusa

Hey man, busa's are ok bikes, but just because someone doesn't like your cup of tea doesn't mean they're wrong. I don't personally like them, they're too long, have too much plastic, and just too much power. On another note, the FZ6 is an internationally sold bike it's not "yuppy Americans"...

Trying out for Track Day Instructor

Dang man out at Harris Hill Road I assume? That'd be really cool. Of course if you get up there, you might have to ban me and Fred as a type intervention for our own good :D G'luck man!
