I'm about to do my first oil/filter change at 1,000Km... It seems bizarre that you then don't have to change the oil 'til 10,000Km and the filter at 20,000Km. The reason for doing the 1,000Km change is that the engine is 'bedding-in' and I find it hard to believe that this process is...

Hi all, I've agonised over buying a cowl or a more comfortable seat. Having finally made the decision (cowl), I've lost the bookmark (in a nightmare computer crash) of the company in the UK that I was quite impressed with. They bought the cowls in (from Spain I think) and painted them...

Just finished the upgrade on my FZ6 2008 S2. The cable arrived very quickly from BD43 and did exactly what it said on the tin! I also replaced the headlight bulbs with Philips Blue Vision Xenon effect bulbs and it looks fantastic! The only tiny issue I had was getting to one of the hex...

I shall paint it black and get back to you when I have pictures... :thumbup: If you put great big cooling fins on it the front of the bike would look like a FS1E! Well, apart from the downpipes and radiator in front of the 'motor' of course... Mods so far include removing all the stickers...

Am I alone in thinking the oil cooler is incredibly ugly with the black engine? I'm surprised that nobody has made a sexy, finned after-market part. Anybody tried painting it black?

Can anybody recommend a good supplier that will ship across Europe (to Cyprus) please? I'm keen on the Scorpion upgrade (or to at least remove that cat before it burns through my leg :( ). All the suppliers I've found so far 'don't ship to your area'. Thanks for any advice.
