Falling in the dirt is way different than falling on concrete. I've been down in the dirt twice so far at 20ish mph and once on the concrete at less than 10mph. The concrete was much worse and if I didn't have on my jacket with shoulder armor I would have probably had a broken collarbone.
LOL, he said heat and discomfort in "Ontario, Canada".
If I go for any type of sport ride I have overpants, jacket, helmet, boots, gloves on. If I'm in town I will squid out and only wear helmet and gloves, in 110+ degree AZ summer heat. The overpants and jacket only get toasty after 80...
I've seen a lot of chronic pain patients. I've seen the results from both cadaver and their own ligaments. I've seen people get great results with their own ligaments with a little residual pain from where they take the tissue from usually the hamstrings. I've also seen people with great...
Hope you enjoy them. The first 3,000 miles is amazing, the last 3,000 miles if you push to 6,000 be a little more cautious. They like to step out a little more.

Sorry, I came off like that before. I'm a little cranky. Doing a weight loss program to drop my last 30 lbs to get ready for my first track season and I've noticed being hungry equals being grumpy. Everybody has been saying I'm a bigger smart ass than I already was before.
From everyone...
Just out of curiosity. Why are would you even go to the track if you're not going to push the upper limit of your riding ability? Secondary to that why would you go with a used tire that is partially squared off that will affect your turn in/lean in while attempting to go fast? :thumbup...
We have some speed signs around school in the Chandler/Gilbert/Mesa that change during the day. Not sure on the statistics.
I have been advocating for years that they do something like this on the highway. Imagine during rush hour if the speed limit was dropped to 45, so that it would...
