I've had my FZ6 for 5 years and only put about 10,000 miles on it. (13,000 total). Besides normal maintenance I haven't needed any major service or repairs.

Silly question: If I don't mind the exhaust getting louder, do I really need to worry about it? I've had my TB exhaust for two years now, and it still sounds fantastic. I've only put a few thousand miles on in that time, though.
I do prefer riding at night, personally, and since I ride around suburban areas, wildlife really isn't a big concern. With the dual headlight mod and street lights, I feel my visibility is good, and the fact that little traffic is on the road is a big plus.

I just put mine on this past weekend; they look great. I kept my side turn signals as well, but I purchased the Y harnesses from Motodynamic and it was completely plug and play. (Crapload of wires, though :D)
