    PCIII USB and SpeedoHealer

Hi guys, Just realised I still have these parts unsold even though I no longer have a FZ6. Just throwing the ad in here in case anyone wants them (preferably trusted members) otherwise these are going on ebay. Payment via PayPal. PCIII USB, barely used, original packaging and installation...

    Valve clearance check

Don't count on the next writeup from me, at least not for a FZ6 as it's been passed to a new (hopefully happy) owner. And I've got my dream bike now to restore (98 R1) yay

Why do you work on your bike by yourself ?

The cheap I don't trust, the expensive I don't want to hire, I'd rather buy something for the bike instead, the learning opportunity I don't want to lose.

    Fz6 2004 fairings

bought my bike crashed, thought about restoring OEM look but no one had parts locally and ebay is crazy expensive, like 270 EUR for the front plastic without headlight if I remember correctly. Decided I don't need the fairing and a custom bike is cool and went with it, how it turned out you can...

    PCIII on 2009?

I have one on my 2004 model, thinking of selling due to 20-30% increased fuel consumption - not worth it for the jerkiness fix alone IMO. And PC3 alone was ~10% of FZS 1000 (1st gen FZ1) price, if I really wanted power I'd buy a different bike instead.

    17T front sprocket questions

FZ1 has 17T front sprocket but looking at the dimensions the center hole is different. FZ1 FZ6 If someone knows a 17T OEM sprocket with rubber padding please leave a message here. I have a rubberless 15T and it's louder but bearable, I'm planning to go touring and would like a 17T with...

    R1150gs

Wow such an amazing and detailed response, I knew it's the best place to ask for anything regarding motorcycles! I've seen images of high mileage oilhead boxers floating around This one is stated to be on all stock engine internals except the cam chain guides. clicky It's seems...

    R1150gs

I've researched this a bit and while this may be true if you buy everything with shiny BMW logo there are aftermarket or known to fit (from cars) fuel/oil and air filters, the other consumable is generator V-belt which was used in some Hyunday if my memory serves me right and is made by...

Gym thread- Who is working out? Make that Fazer lighter!

I'm training for around 17 months now, at first with 4 day split and now doing 5 day PHAT split by Layne Norton (simplyshredded) which I love, except in excellent weather because it takes all my sun time after work. The results are adequate but my diet sucks and I'm still a big noob...

    R1150gs

Hi folks, Anyone here has/had the pleasure of owning this bike or R1100GS? I know you can do a lot of touring on FZ6 and that for dirt the GS are considered too heavy but I've brainwashed myself from reading advrider and horizonsunlimited that I need this bike no matter what. For long range...

Managing / dealing with vibration - hands, arse, feet

I have fitted new spark plugs and done the TB sync, the wheels are balanced, fresh Motul oil etc - the bike still vibrates, it's just the characteristic of the engine. As far as I'm concerned it's not a touring bike for me, just had a ~200 mile ride and it's absolutely the most I could...

    Exhaust valve clearance too tight

This is probably too late but I've just stumbled on the valve adjustment howto, it's for the FJR, but the interesting part is the same for all inline 4 DOHCs FJR1300 Valve Adjustment
