Welcome.
I bought a Yamaha topbox and mount and it was really good. Heaps of storage, could hold two helmets or one helmet and full gear, waterproof, lockable.
Some servicing stuff you can easily do yourself, ie oil changes and keeping your chain lubed.
If you aren't confident though...
The FZ6's are pretty bullet proof.
Having spent a year with constant problems with my 'upgrade' I'm sorely tempted to sell my bike and get a FZ6 again...
I have these gloves and had an off at the track and am much more appreciative of the extra protection provided by the full glove.
Definitely worth picking them up if they are your size for this price, although I recommend holding on to them Kazza for the long rides (or track days)!!! They just...
I'm mainly a lurker these days but find people's claims that a loud exhaust has no safety benefits amusing.
Using the basic logic already presented in this threat, ie people who like myself DO actually use their sense of hearing as an additional form of awareness, notice loud vehicles, even...

Not to mention it is based on 30...
Who the **** does something like that?
Too many useless degenerates in the world these days.
Hopefully the useless wanker gets his due and on his next break and enter meets someone prepared, like a bikie.
It does seem rather personal however. Especially with you away working, which someone...
Its a personal choice really, I'd probably agree with JayJay though, there won't be a huge difference except maybe the black engine and a few minor things. Might be better off spending the money on mods, or just saving for a rainy day?
I think needing the new model every few years is more a...
I've used the Motul 5100/7100 in my last three bikes and swear by it.
Any filter will do (if its a reputable brand), especially if its cheap/free with the oil (ask at the shops).
Oil is a subjective thing though, some people claim there is no difference between the cooking oil they use, or the...
