Yes they fixed it under warranty.
And by the way I really didn't notice that the lights were gone until I drove into a dark tunnel.
Then I understood why cars going in opposite direction had been overtaking on my part of the road as if I didn't exist. :scared:
I really don't know how I would...
None of these buttons. it is the one on the front Not visible on this picture. Would probably be number 5 :-).
I did change the fuse to be sure but no luck.
Yes that is correct. I taped the button to be visible through the rest of my trip. That gave me high beam on one light.
The problem is that I don't have any front lights at all.
Before the lights failed I had low beam on both lights. On high I had one High and one low, the Mod has worked fine...
The fuse is fine.. The light works fine if I use the blinker (Operated by the left index finger).
Does the green wire that you weld into, when doing the "front light mod", on 2007 go into a relay somewhere under the fairing
I am not able to follow it down to where it starts.
During a week long trip I just got back from the front light stopped working on my 2007 S2. (both the high and low beam)
The blinker works (I taped the button in so I could been seen in the fog that followed me through most of the trip ).
There is no power on the green blueish wire that...
I bought a used DRZ S to use on trails/gravel roads. I also use it in the winter when the roads are Icy and Salty, Even though is costs some money to run two bikes I can go riding whenever I fell like it without worrying so much about the salt.
Lewy.
Mine is still somewhere on the way to me so I can only comment on what I have heard.
It is supposed to give more torque in midrange because there is quite a resistance in the catalytic converter.
I will let you know my first hand experience when it is installed. This mod is not so much...
Hmm.. You are in Sweden, so I guess it makes sense for you to order it fro the same place I got mine.

Yes, I usually can.
The country is so small that the effect from the Gulf stream keeps it from getting really cold in the winter. It is very often around 0°C. where I live.
It does not get very warm either so it is basically Gore-Tex winter gear all year around.
I took My Fazer out for a spin in the rain on Saturday. And it was great, pretty warm actually 8°C.
Now it is below freezing again with a little snow, so it is back to commuting on the spiked DR Z.
Fast blue one

I am riding through the winter. But I mostly use my DR Z these days in the Ice and Snow.
But when the roads clear I take out my Fazer. Last time that happened was in beginning of January for a few days.
