Here is what you do
1. Buy bike
2. load bike in bed of truck
3. tie bike down
4. Drive your happy butt home (30 minute drive or 4 hour drive the vehicles don't know the difference) also (tail gate up or tail gate down the vehicles don't know the difference at least you have a tail gate)...
Who give a F**K....just ride it till the wheels fall off. Modern 600cc motos are faster than any average vehicle on the road. If you want something fast ride a turbo'd busa pushing over 500hp.
You can put a slow rider on a fast bike and it will still be slow, but put a fast rider on a slow...
FZ6 weights around 400 pounds
Payload of a ford Ranger 1400 pounds
I think it might handle it but I am not sure Blah
when I had my Ranger we got a TRX250 quad and a DR650 in the bed and had not one problem and that's a lot more weight than a small FZ6
I always run with the high beams on and have LED accessory lights and have never had an issues.
Now lets hook up and bangin a** stereo with some 12 inch subs and see what kind of issue we might have.
:welcome: and Motorcyclist Magazine just mentioned the fz6 as a smarty buy for the money. Be sure to get frame sliders being this is your first bike YOU WILL drop it at some point.
