Yo! UR FOR DPBML is for the Deep Blue Metalic '08 and UR FOR BS4 is for the Bluish Silver (earlier models) and the Raven Black on the '08 model. It's the color code. 
RE: Frame scratches... since it's a near-surface finish, Not sure on what would be the best. I'd try Novus 3 Step first. If that doesn't work, maybe the local paint shops might have a suggestion?
