Have you tried the extra chin skirt that the helmet came with?

My buddy has an SR1 and I have the S2 and I gotta say I absolutley love my S2 compared to the SR1. However, the SR1 was made for as a complete race helmet and does everything that it's intended to. The S2 is just a great all around helmet, although a little expensive.

Dont Get me wrong, it's not like I was actually trying to low side. I just want to get my form right and it turns out I was just pushing the bike more than working on form, a delicate balance.

Sorry, but I'm having trouble envisioning what you're talking about. Are you talking about the mount itself without the kickstand on it? Cause I was thinking of removing the entire assembly and leaving the switch where it is or ziptieing it to the centerstand

I already had them ordered (The springs) but didn't have time to drop them in before the track. I'm gonna take it off before the next track day but the question still stands, after I remove it, what is to let me know that I'm losing turning effectiveness?
