I've posted in a different thread already, but here I am, a N00B. I've had my German license for 18 Years and started riding 10 years ago. First a BMW R80 (comfy but ugly sofa), then a '97 Honda CBR 1000F. Lovely bike, power without end at low RPM (something I miss with the...
5 spoke. I don't mind trying, I just want to save the hassle of buying and mounting and then hearing it's unsafe or illegal (sorry, I'm not quite at home yet with the concept of "if it fits it's legal" here in the US)

Does anyone know if an 05 wheel fits the 04 FZ?

Hi,
I've just gotten myself a '04 FZ6. Beautiful bike, one downside: the previous owner hit a curb and the front wheel has quite a dent in it. You actually notice it doing 50 - 60 mph as slight vibration.
Does anyone know of a way of fixing that apart from beating it with a hammer? Anyone...
Ohh yes, stupidity is universal. That's one thing no country can claim a monopoly on :-)

I was told in Germany it would be almost impossible to get the CBR street legal here. Once here I found out it wouldn't have been hard :-(
Anyway, no we have a newer bike and up til now I'm really happy to have one again

I've got a German Schubert S1 helmet (also on sale in the US) that I want to use. my problem is that it (being a German model), does not have a DOT number or sticker.
Can anyone help?
