i can nearly guarantee that it is the +ve connector on the fuel sensor, Unfortuneately this requires removing pump, its not that difficult, there is one wee bit that u have to watch u have to unclip the sensor from the pump before the pump will come out ( its up the back of the sensor against...
sorry "intake air pressure sensor" its on right hand side under air filter housing.
cause after a ecu reset it works, so when i picked it up it was goin fine.
ive got some spares so ill try em cause the engine cut off relay also controls the fuel injection so it could be faulty
just got mine back, another new tps, sidestand switch, engine cut off relay, intake air pressure relay, cant rev fast in any gear itll die off, havent done tps check but surely it should have been installed correctly.
yeah bike has been with mechanic now for 2 weeks and it was the tps givin in and that stressed the engine cut off relay, so now it goes into gear ok but as soon as u rev it it dies so its the new tps that was fitted, lasted a week. and has cost me 200 quid gettin to the source.
feel like sellin...
dont think it clears your faults mate, no 62 does somethin if u engage it and then hit the engine cut off then turn off ignition and on again. but doesnt clear the faults.
Is there like an ecu reset?
make sure all the elecrics work and all lights light up, that it goes into gear ok, have a look at exhaust bolts and usual chain n sprocket thing as mentioned before ive had no engine trouble at all with my fz6n 05, bar electrics n relays, have a look at the dipstick take it out and see how...
If you look along your line of relays, the big one on the right is the engine cut off relay. or to give it its haynes name starter circuit cut off relay.
thing is its not an updated part, the TPS its just an exact same one only its new, and apparently can have the same fault, mine isnt the only...
