Yup, the seat cowl will fit an 07, but the exhaust went with the bike. :)

I'm not sure how many links, it's a RX-Ring chain GB520XSO. Update- Looked at the box. It's 120 link chain. I also noticed the price I originally put was $20, that was a mistake. I have updated with the new price. Still o.b.o.
