I used to be a total hardgainer. 6ft 4 @ 200ibs. used to do the usual bodybuilding type work out. used to have very bad shoulder pains while benching. max deadlift was like 130 kg which I thought was impressive. squat was 120 kg. bench bout 85kg.

Great bike as was already mentioned check if the TPS recall was done. As for valve clearances I think the specified intervals is 24k miles :rockon:
I am starting to have the same issue. my bike is a 2004 and the recall was done. have a receipt from the previous owner.
I could be driving and the bike would go dead for a split second and then shoot back to life, which is quite worrying :eek:
Would the tps have failed?

Hi my speedo has been giving incorrect readings for the last week. it happened after I washed it with a pressure hose. I was being careful not to get the electrics wet.

In your first pic, the cylindrical shaped thing with the nut under the down pipes is the oil cooler?? Do you ever need to interfere/ adjust it?
I have only changed the oil + filter as per usual
I recently had fork seals replaced along with brake fluid. bike never suffered collision. had the bike nearly 2 years daily use.
Will remove calipers, see if wheel spins freely and go the brake cleaner route!
