High idle after TB Sync

IF, all vacuum lines, everything under the tank is connected correctly and not leaking.

I think this is the first place to look, as he mentioned bike was fine, til after he did TB sync. My guess is that something related to sync procedure did not seal properly when reconnecting vacuum lines or plugs.

Sorry for the late reply, air filter is clean and oiled 500km before, I went ahead and checked all the vacuum lines and they check out. I took the injectors out, blew air through them cleaned them with tb cleaner, also cleaned the connectors with some cleaner aswell. Reassembled the bike and the problem is exactly the same. Will take out the coils today, try to clean the boots maybe it's something in there

Update, nothing changes after cleaning the boots. Im back to fueling issue, how to check if my fuel pump is all good?

There aren’t any tests for the fuel pump other than to confirm that the system is making 35psi. A few months back a member discovered an out-of-spec fuel regulator that was giving him surging issues. The regular members were a little surprised because it was the first failure of its type that we could remember being reported.

I think part of the surprise is that the regulator isn’t called out on the parts diagrams..it’s part of another component. Does anyone remember this?

I just did a little looking and I think maybe it's a pressure sensor. I found it on a parts fiche: #6 attached to what looks like the IAC valve. I'm looking all over the schematic and don't see it. They call it a pressure sensor. It has what looks like an electrical connector. It looks like it may have a connector to a fuel line but I haven't seen any call out on this.

I Think this is the air intake pressure sensor. Could it be related to poor performance?

Well, unfortunately there is gas flow even after disconnecting the fuel line. I removed the fuel pump and cleaned the filter a little bit since it was dirty. Put it back on and now the bike is even struggling to stay on idle let alone rev.
Seems like I have a bad fuel pressure regulator, is there any chance this is fixable or do I have to order a new one? (I wish i can somewhat fix it since I have a wedding in 3 days that we will all go with the bikes)

I don't know if you can get the regulator part separately. It is shown in the link in post #26 but that comes with the aftermarket pump kit.
