Flashing check engine light

Good day!
Im having problems with my bike, this is the first time ive ridden my bike after i disassembled at cleaned everything

The check engine flashes and the power cuts when i opened the throttle fully it wont rev past 8k rpm

Didnt notice error code, it just happens when i wide open throttle, the engines does not die after stutter , and check engine is not lit

New fuel pump motor
New fuel filter
New fuel
New airfilter
New sparkplug
New battery
I've just got the bike running after re-assembly
Im thinking ignition coil leads and wires but ive just snipped some wires and reconnected it.
Still my headlight is not turning on after i reconnected cut wire

If the check engine light flashes, there has to be an corresponding error code. You should be able to view the code when you turn the ignition key to the on position, before engaging the starter button.

Ill try it again tomorrow , no check engine light and error code appears ,

Also check charging voltage at 3000 rpm. Higher than 14.7 vdc. is not good. Low volts are also no good.
