So far so good here in Colorado.....my daughter is expecting her first baby (my 1st grandchild), and I probably won't get to go to the hospital when he's born.
But better safe than sorry...hopefully I'll have many many years with him!

Well Clif we were coming back 5 years ago for our 5th anniversary, but money didnt talk. We had then planned coming back this year for 10th anniversary, but at this stage everyone's life has got in our way this time. We will be back soon though.

This is a pretty rotten year for us even without Corona, I was retrenched at the end of 2019 and still not working, my wife is in the airline industry and her company was on borrowed time even before the current crisis. She has been on "unpaid leave" since May 1st and is only being paid for time worked which was a grand total of 11 hours for May.

But, we are both healthy and observing lockdown which started on her birthday on March 27 and one of the quirks of lockdown here has been a ban on alcohol and tobacco sales. From tomorrow we will be on level 3 so the liquor stores will be open but still no smokes for sale. As can be imagined the black market is thriving.
