Those appear to be home made, notice there are two different sizes of exhaust pipe, and most manufacturers build our exhaust using a "Y" pipe design, that one is a "U" bend tube welded onto a stock pipe.

There is a thread on here somewhere showing how these (or one very similar) were built.
Definitely homemade, but look ok.

It has the stock Yamaha FZ6 hanger welded to it

I think I'd like to see pic's of it mounted on the bike first, just as you cannot adjust them once installed (not without cutting and re-welding at least).

Probably a custom but hell, it reminds me of a Delkavic exhaust from here in England.
