What to do with OEM exhaust?

What did you all do with the stock exhaust after you fitted a nice shiny noisy one?

Keep it for resale?

Sell it?

Make a weird ornament in the shed?

If you sell/crash the bike you can use the stock one and keep your pipes :thumbup:

Agreed with the post above - when selling the bike you'll get more money for bike with stock exhaust and the accessory one separately than if you sell the bike with the loud exhaust only. Modding hardly ever makes any profit.

You could sell the stock one now for ~$50. Then down the road you could sell your bike with the aftermarket exhaust for say $3000.

Or you could hold onto it, then down the road sell the bike with the stock exhaust for the same $3000, then sell the aftermarket exhaust separately for ~$250.

Drill the baffles and lemme borrow them

But I would keep them around just in case you do decide to sell the bike sometime and want to sell the aftermarket exhaust seperately. :thumbup:

I kept mine in case crap hits the fan and the Zombies come! If I have to travel by bike to save fuel I want it to be stealthy, zombies are attracted to loud pipes! :spank:
