Problem with level indicator Petrol.

But if anybody is there please help......

what exactly is wrong with your indicator? if it is running on reserve (about 3litres of petrol left) it should blink on the first bar at the "E"

Is it constantly flashing 8 times then pausing for a few seconds?

a friend at work has the same problem on his 2004 fz6. The tank level flashes all the time all together. This happened after refuelling on reserve. Instead of filling the bars and staying full it started constantly flashing all together.
Any ideas guys?
