Very easy:
1. Start with some degreaser/shampoo to get loose dirt off
2. Dry
3. Apply autosol liberally
4. Polish with steel wool
5. Hard spots - follow with fine 1500-2000 grit
6. Rinse
7. Autosol or metal polish/wax of your choice

Done!

It was more about the wax, but yes... I would like to do them some day, but I'm just lazy.. The bike get soo much attention already...

Those headers look great mongol777  Need to give mine a good shining next time I wash my bike.

btw, headers r real easy even on the bike (without taking them off).

All you need is autosol, steel wool, fine grit sanding paper (I usually use 1500-2000) and microfiber to finish off.
