Sorpion slip on works with stock Y-Pipe , 2008FZ6

I am about to buy Scorpion carbon slip on for my 2008FZ6.
The Scorpion agent quote two options
1)Slip on without Y-Pipe
2)Slip on with Y-Pipe , price 30% over the without Y-Pipe

Can you please advise?
Scorpion slip on can work with stock Y-pipe?
If yes so , I can save the 30%.

Nope won't work, there is no Y-Pipe on the stock FZ6... You'll need the Scorpion Y-Pipe to fit the cans to your stock cat-pipe.

Scorpion do make a de-cat, is there any chance you've been quoted for the aftermarket de-cat instead? It seems odd that they would quote you for an incomplete exhaust assembly.

^^ I agree. I have not herd of Scorpion selling just end cans without the Y-pipe. Must be the de-cat that the Rep is refering to.
