It is from a 2007 CBR1000RR.

Cool. I found one for an 04 or 05. It's only $35.00 I have a 2008 FZ6 so I wonder how much of a difference there is between the 04-05 and the 07 CBR?

Im not sure. If it is a single side entrance input for the muffler then you should be able to make it work.
CBR muffler in black looks friggen sweet, really like the way the plastic outer shell of the old pipes hang around the new one, kinda like eye brows, noice!

Curious as to how hot the back seat will get without the heat shield. I know you can't get out and ride right now, but did you notice anything from idling?

That looks like a side exit exhaust. The CBR1000rr swapped away from under tail exhaust in 08.

I let it idle for about 20-30 minutes and even rev'd it every now and then. Temp got up to 195-205 range and muffler got pretty warm. But the cover around the outlets of the muffler is spaced from the muffler body so it was still cool to the touch when the muffler body was hot.

Another thing, does this take away any space from the underseat storage? I know you had to remove it to put the exhaust on, but I didn't see any pics with it back in.

Yes this does cut into the underseat storage, but I just bought a nice tank bag to store my tool kit and papers in. Even has a cell phone pocket and a wallet pocket on it.

Got my first ride of the year in today and the seat didnt get hot. But I also went to lowes and got the metal tape for ducts and lined the bottom of the seat. The tape was warm but it never made it through the seat.

I moved the turn signals up to try and fill the area around the muffler. I need to adjust a few things so it all lines up but what do you all think?

Ahhh, yea totally missed that. Sounds nice man. Good work, and definitely a solid alternative to dropping a ton of cash on an aftermarket exhaust.
