Where do you get these BD43 things for your headlights can you run both lights on low and high and how much are they ?

I think BD43 install is under the tank. And Motogiro's headlight mod is installed in the front fairing. I have only seen motogiro's since i have it and its really easy install.

Motogiro's is easier, but BD43's is better (in my opinion) as it still allows the factory use of the high and low beam headlights. Basically, you just run a wire from the unused terminal in the headlight switch to the right headlight bulb. The wire can be routed any way you want to. For example, I have mine routed through one of the factory harness connectors to the fairing harness, then to the headlight. I taped everything up when I had the fairing off, so it actually looks factory.

I made my own by wiring a 3rd connector to the headlight socket on the right side... This connects to the H4 bulb's low beam. I ran it through my 3 circuit fuse panel (with switched power of course)... With an addition of a handle bar switch, I can now turn on the right side low beam whenever I want...

The way I did it was to just find the green wire in the harness, tap into it and run a wire to the headlight connector. I think the only thing I bought was an H4 connector and flag pin. You get both low beams, and when you switch on high beam you get one low and one high. Been running great like that for over 2 years.

Ah, dude I'm sorry, I had your mod mistaken with the one where you just swap the high and low bean wire and run high beams all the time. There are a lot of headlight mods, I should have researched this a bit more before I posted. You send me an email about my friends Ninja's headlights. He hasn't done it yet but is planning on it.

This was my first mod and very easy to do. Just follow the instructions and take your time if you are not all that comfortable turning a wrench.

Yea, I could have probably researched the wiring and made my own connection, but when someone else has already done the work, why not support a fellow forum member? The adapter is simple and high quality.

The difference is very noticeable and you look cool too. No more one eyed monster driving down the road. You will not have any regrets with this mod.
