I wonder if there would be any compatibility issues with the US models. Anyone know if the speedos are exactly the same for US and EUR ? is there any way to verify this?

Out of curiosity; was the exchange difficult (any trouble shooting, functions that did not work, etc..)

Exchange was pretty simple. The speedo worked perfectly as soon as i plugged it in. I just had to connect the headlight wires to the new harness. Heres some pics.
