I orderd a pair of Bark Busters S1's for my 06 fz6 with out thinking that i changed to fz1 bars. I was scared that the would not work as soon as i orderd them. When i recived the package i removed ONE of the gaurdes and just held it in place to check if it would hit the mirror base.I could not see any way to make it work without hitting the fairing. I went straight back in the house put the gaurd right where it came from 5min before and called Twisted Theives and got a return #, i never even opend the mounting hardware. 2 weeks later i still had not been credited for the cost so i called, and no one knew anything Another week goes by, no email call or anything, Then i get the package back I call TT before i even open it, i figure it was a shipping mistake because of the holidays. They said that the product was damaged so bad that it could not be resold Both gaurds are scratched all over inside and out hardware is opened and rolling inside the box and they clam that there is dirt in the hardware i live at the :Flip: beach. Another week passes before any one can tell me WTF is going on and they refuse to do anything but suggest that i sell them on the net. I run my own company and pride my self as a honest straight foward person, so when they pretty-much called me a liar I just hung up the phone. I will NEVER buy a single thing from ever:Flip:

That really sucks man. Something must have gotten mixed up there. Someone else must have returned something and gotten it mixed up with yours.

That is pretty wild. Big pain in the backside in any event.

I've sent you a PM. I would love to buy them from you, I don't care too much if they are scratched up.

When you opened it up after getting them back, where they all messed up as they claimed? If so, sometime during shipment, some shipping dude opened them up(probably was going to steal them, or the box got dropped and came open), messed them up, and put 'em back. How about a tracking number? Did they stall out some where along their way? That's usually more evidence they got messed with.

I've had this happen a time or two in my lifetime (not with TT), here's what I do: I write a letter to their customer service, explain everything in detail with all dates/numbers etc, keep it calm and civil. Then, I pick a law firm out of the yellow pages, and put "cc: Dewey, Screwem & Howe, Attorneys at Law" on the bottom of the letter.
I don't send anything to any law firm, I just add that to the letter. All my problems get solved soon after. :thumbup:

I know this won’t fix your problem but may help other costumers, and may be they will realize how to treat people buying from them. I know I won’t anymore.
Here is my story: October 13 2010 I ordered a tank bag, I planned meeting some of my friends don in DC (I live in Brooklyn) I want it to have the bag ready for the trip, which it was 2 weeks later, enough time to ship it according to their website.
I received an order confirmation the same day 10-13-2010
Later that day I received this:

Then I waited and waited and then I wrote this:

I bought my bar backs from you and was impressed on your shipping time, I like your store since you have exclusive things lime the denali lights which I am getting soon.actual good experience
After some research on tank bags, I decided to go with the Givi T480 because I heard it's a good brand and for the use I am going to give it the quick release is perfect, I also like the thought of being able to use it this week since my last experience with my purchase with you was more then excellent.bla bla bla
I received an email saying that my order will be delayed 20 days but not a reason why, if you guys don't have it on stock you should let people know on your website before placing the order, so we can choose to buy from you or not.
Now the order is delayed 20 days, should I count extra time for the actual shipment? If so, are you still shipping 5-7 days ground shipment?Since the website had it in stock, I was specting at least free overnight or something
I guess all I need is more info then "Your order has been temporarily delayed. An expected ship date is provided below" November the 3rd right?

We are currently working on a new website which will feature in stock status, something the current website is not able to do.Check back in 7 years

No answer to this one so I waited again and finally called 3-4 days later, guy on the phone wasn’t a douche but he wasn’t apologetic, I understand it’s not their faultIf it's true the bs about the container from Italy but I’m buying from their website so ultimately they have to apologize somehow, he told me the item was shipped,They sent it on a pigeon and I finally got it like the 15th or so.

Don't have to mention I'm not getting anything from them and the so called exclusive Denaly LED lights are not that exclusive. Google Vision X XIL-S1100 Solstice 2" Square Euro Beam Solo LED Pod Light and buy from somewhere else.

that sux! I have found that USPS and UPS are horrible, crush boxes, tear boxes etc. I just had some R/C parts come today through USPS says in big capital letter on the box FRAGILE. There was a tear about the half the size of my fist in the box..... Glad it was in a bag as well otherwise parts would have been missing. I have found Fedex is the best....

I've had good luck with USPS. I guess it varies by location. UPS dudes are just lazy. They just throw the packages anywhere on your property, and call it "delivered". Or they'll fail to deliver it for days, because it's too heavy or something lame like that. Wether it's smashed or not once you do get it, well, you could flip a coin. Fedex pissed me off once. I ordered a radar gun(cheap one, but still), and it had some fragile stickers on it. Well, the box looked like it got jumped on by a 300 pound gorilla. By some miracle, the radar was fine.

Well, one day is not such a big deal I guess, I was really mad because of the lack of information, no one cared about my case since they had my money already and the fact that you are able to buy things they don't even have, after they take your money all you can do is wait when you could be buying somewhere else.
